Tater tot casserole is one of the most delicious things! I couldn't get a picture of it finished, though. We were too busy eating it! XD
Tater Tot Casserole
THAW 1 lb of ground beef
DICE most of an onion and a clove of garlic
MIX all together
ADD spices, like thyme and pepper
MUSH into the bottom of a pan
POUR 1 can of concentrated cream of mushroom soup over top
COVER the top with rows of tater tots
COOK in 350F oven for 1 hour
NOM!
